Return policy

Merch is printed to order just for you, so we can’t take returns or exchanges for a change of mind or a different size.

If anything you order arrives damaged, misprinted or wrong, email contact@marklavengood.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we’ll make it right with a replacement or a refund.

Digital downloads and gift cards are final. If a download doesn’t work, email us and we’ll sort it out.

Fan club memberships can be cancelled anytime. Email us if you need a hand.
